Dr. Leff graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of British Columbia and received specialized training in the management of vitreo-retinal disorders during a fellowship at the Baylor University School of Medicine. Dr. Leff is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Leff joined the Atlanta Omni Eye Services practice in 1986. He specializes in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal detachments.
